By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Swadhyay Mandal website (swadhyaymandal.org.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock, in rare cases if a book becomes Out of Stock before dispatch, our team will promptly contact you for an alternative edition or full refund.

All book prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept payments securely through Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. No additional hidden charges are applied.

We safely dispatch authentic Vedic books across India via Speed Post and trusted courier partners. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, and delivery usually takes 5 to 8 working days depending upon the destination address.

If you receive a book that is damaged in transit or has a binding/printing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos via WhatsApp (+91 88499 56367) or email. We will happily arrange a free replacement or complete refund.

You may cancel your book order before it has been dispatched by contacting our helpline number (+91 88499 56367). Once an order has been handed over to the courier/postal service, it cannot be cancelled.

All literature, translations, commentaries, cover designs, and historical texts authored by Pandit Shripad Damodar Satwalekar and published by Swadhyay Mandal are protected under Copyright and Intellectual Property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

We respect your privacy. Customer names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are used strictly for processing, delivering orders, and communicating status updates. We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of website usage or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pardi / Valsad, Gujarat, India.
